At BillsBuffer.com, we strive to provide transparent, reliable, and customer-first services. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not apply. By using our services, you agree to this policy.
One-Time Payment Plan
- Once a bill has been paid in full through Bills Buffer, the transaction cannot be reversed.
- Since discounts (10%–50%) are applied at the time of payment, refunds are not available for this plan.
- Customers are encouraged to review their bill details carefully before confirming payment.
Installment Plan
- Customers agree to repay the full bill amount in 2–4 installments, plus a flat $30 service fee.
- If a bill has already been paid to the provider, refunds are not possible.
- In exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate payments made in error), a partial refund or account credit may be considered upon review.
Service Fee
The $30 installment service fee is non-refundable once the bill has been processed and paid.
Billing Errors
- If an error occurs on our end (e.g., incorrect bill amount paid), we will work directly with the customer and/or the bill provider to resolve the issue.
- Adjustments may be issued in the form of a refund or account credit.
Cancellations
- Payments cannot be canceled once submitted.
- If you wish to cancel an upcoming installment before it is processed, you must contact our support team at least 48 hours in advance.
